Welcome to Metcare's AdvantageCare Participating Fitness Centers

At no extra cost to you, members can attend a participating fitness center. The AdvantageCare network includes a variety of gyms, exercise facilities and fitness centers across the Metcare service area that offer conventional and state-of-the art exercise equipment. NOTE: Members can only participate with ONE fitness center in any given month. If you wish to switch to a new fitness center in the network, you may do so the following month. How does the program work? Locate a participating facility in the Forever Fit network through the search below or contact a WholeHealth representative toll-free at 1-800-274-7526. Representatives are available from 8am-8pm Eastern Time, Monday-Friday Call a fitness center to schedule a meeting with a representative, or simply show up at the participating AdvantageCare fitness center Inform the participating Fitness Center that you are a Metcare member. Present your Metcare Medicare Member ID Card It's that simple!
