How does the program
work?

Locate a participating practitioner
in the network through the provider locator or contact a WholeHealth
representative toll-free at 1-800-274-7526. Representatives are
available from 8am-8pm Eastern Time, Monday-Friday
- Schedule an appointment directly with the practitioner, or simply
show up at the participating provider's office if they allow walk-ins.
- Present your Metcare Medicare Member ID Card. Pay at the point
of service and the participating practitioner will discount the
cost of your service.
